Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ANCEL account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
